Warranty

ArcMan provides Australia's best arcade machine warranty by providing 24 Months on-site warranty, covering both parts and labour.

ArcMan however is not liable for the general wear and tear of these machines and not responsible for any CID (Customer Induced Damage) and is subject to the terms and conditions as legislated under the ACL (Australian Consumer Law).

As a service, for any of these situations, ArcMan may be able to provide a quote to repair or replace your machine should you need to.

Please note with our remote/regional customers we will take all measures to assist our customers within a reasonable time frame.

Please also ensure you retain your Tax Invoice or Receipt as POP (Proof of Purchase), this is your 24 month warranty.

Returns

If your machine is deemed faulty from factory or damaged upon receipt, it will be covered under the normal regulations and legislation under the ACL (Australian Consumer Law).  Please ensure you contact us within 7 days of this occurring and be prepared to provide supporting evidence such as photographs (for damage cases).

We will typically call you to diagnose the issue and then organize for on-site inspection and repair as long as our technicians are available.

If we cannot organize an on-site repair we will then organize the machine to be sent to our closest repair centre.  It will be your (the customer) responsibility and cost initially to send back to our depot for initial assessment.  Once assessed, it will be at ArcMan option as to whether a repair or replacement machine will be provided.  If ArcMan accepts your claim, you will be re-imbursed for all the freight costs to transport the machine back to our depot.

Please note that 99% of our warranty cases are resolved on-site at the customer's site, we just need to ensure you are aware that we cannot always guarantee a technician is available in all areas at all times.

Returns for change of mind, are accepted as long as within 7 days and as long as the machines are returned in brand new re-saleable condition.  However a re-stocking fee of 20% may apply and is at the discretion of ArcMan staff.

ArcMan is not obligated  to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind or you  make a wrong decision.

Please note it is the responsibility of the customer to re-package and organize freight return to our depot.  If you require help with freight please contact us and we will be able to assist.

ArcMan is not responsible for any physical damage, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, modifications, tampering, tweaking, hacking, abnormal use, incorrect maintenance by non-authorized repairers, scratches or breakages incurred on our machines. This will be deemed as CID (Customer Induced Damage) and will not be covered by Warranty.

Freight & DIT (Damage In Transit)

If your machine is Damaged In Transit (DIT) and the transportation company we provide is deemed to be at fault, we will attempt to repair or replace your damaged machine at no charge to you.

Please ensure you notify us immediately and provide evidence such as photographs of any box damage and/or product damage at the time you receive the goods.  We have only a very limited time for which we can claim against the freight company so please ensure you notify us of any DIT case within 7 days of receipting the goods.

If we receive your DIT claim outside of the 7 Day period, we may no longer be covered by the freight insurance.

If you are returning your machine to us for repair or replacement, we will not be liable for any damage incurred by the transportation company you use.  You (the customer),  will need to make a claim against the transportation company.  We highly suggest you package our machines very carefully with appropriate packaging and use only reputable freight companies, to avoid this situation.

ArcMan is strictly not liable for the general wear and tear of any of our arcade machines or physical damage incurred by the customer.

CID (Customer Induced Damage)

Sometimes you cannot help accidental damage.  If you accidentally damage your machine, we may possibly be able to provide you with a quotation to repair or replace the damaged parts or even the whole machine if available, this is at ArcMan discretion.

Please note, ArcMan is strictly not responsible for any physical damage, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, modifications, tampering, tweaking, hacking, liquid spills, cleaning agents (corrosive or non-corrosive), dropping/falling objects, abnormal use, incorrect maintenance by non-authorized repairers, scratches or breakages incurred on our machines.  This will be deemed as CID (Customer Induced Damage) and will not be covered by Warranty as set out under the ACL (Australian Consumer Law).
